Special Offer
These are our special offers for our legal service fees (prices are inclusive of GST)
1. Consultation fee: $220 for half an hour, starting from half an hour. This special offer applies for consultation take place in Carlingford office and video consultation (which can be done through Face Time, WhatsApp, WeChat and Zoom or others.)
2. Simple Basic Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardian: From $330 each.
3. Mutual Will: From $550, same content, one for husband, one for wife.
4. Probate/Letter of administration: our legal fee will be charged by reference to Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Regulation 2015 – Schedule 3 for an uncontested and smooth application.
5. Conveyancing under $1 million from $1,650.
6. Off the plan property purchase from $1,870.
7. Simple Loan agreement from $1,100.
8. Divorce application from $1,210.
9. Financial Agreement review and execution from $1,100.
